What is your standard turnaround?
Standard delivery is usually 12 to 24 hours. Super urgent jobs can be prepared in 4 to 8 hours when available.
Do you charge for revisions?
No. Size changes, color adjustments, and text modifications are revised at no charge until you are satisfied with the final sew-out.
Which embroidery format do you provide?
DST is provided by default. Other formats such as EXP, PES, JEF, EMB, and more can be provided when requested.
Which upload files are allowed in the quote form?
The front-end validation allows JPEG, JPG, and PNG files under 5MB. Add matching server-side validation before going live.
